We want you to love your pennants and flags as much as we do, so if you aren't completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our HQ.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer to prevent any creasing or damage to the felt during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
